This open concept loft style space with 14-ft ceilings; great for lifestyle shoots, portraits, e-commerce, film and music videos. Large west facing old Factory windows give great natural light for editorial. We have Lucero smart lightbulbs for evening shoots - these lights can transform the space to any colour- such a vibe!
Hair and makeup area, along with a working Kitchen / prep area.
This space also comes with fully insulated walls, ring light, steamer, clothing rack and sonos speaker system. There's a large lounge area complete with seating, Free wifi, bathroom and change room area.. Plenty of free parking!

Zachary and Amanda's space was absolutely beautiful. The pictures definitely do not do it justice. It is much bigger than it looks. I hosted a birthday party with about 30 guests and the space still felt big. The decor and furniture provided an eclectic, vintage feel and all of guests absolutely loved it. They even had some Christmas decorations up and it felt so cozy.
Amanda was great at responding to all of my questions leading up to and the night of the event. Would highly recommend this space for your next function. :)

zachary and amanda's space was more beautiful than the photos and on *such* a freezing, crummy day, the coziest, warmest, chicest place to be. so many spots to take photos, tons of props including books, candles, mirrors, couches, chairs, etc. zachary and amanda were great to communicate with and made sure we were all set before our shoot! would come back 100%.

The space was enchanting, modern and eclectic. We found every single prop we needed. Zach was super accommodating. I would definitely use this space again! Five stars all across the board for me.
