LOVT STUDIO! This open concept loft style space with 14-ft ceilings; great for lifestyle shoots, portraits, e-commerce, film and music videos. Large west facing old Factory windows give great natural light for editorial. We have Lucero smart lightbulbs for evening shoots - these lights can transform the space to any colour- such a vibe! Hair and makeup area, along with a working Kitchen / prep area. This space also comes with fully insulated walls, ring light, steamer, clothing rack and sonos speaker system. There's a large lounge area complete with seating, Free wifi, bathroom and change room area.. Plenty of free parking! ** We are now accepting events!!** Reach out and find about hosting options. Amanda's loft was an incredible space to shoot in. Amanda was kind, professional, wonderful to work with, and communicative throughout the process. Would recommend this space to anyone looking for a bright & sun-filled loft.

Highly reccommended space. Second time back here to shoot - so versatile with lots of backdrops, beautiful decor and natural light. Above all, such lovely hosts, quick communication and very accomodating. Would 100% book again.

Zachary's loft is beautiful. We rented out the space for 5 hours for a Birthday get together and we couldn't have been happier. Everything was clean and ready for us to set up. It's also a plus having a full kitchen in the space as well as a bathroom. You won't be disappointed booking this space, it's a gem.
