LOVT STUDIO! This open concept loft style space with 14-ft ceilings; great for lifestyle shoots, portraits, e-commerce, film and music videos. Large west facing old Factory windows give great natural light for editorial. We have Lucero smart lightbulbs for evening shoots - these lights can transform the space to any colour- such a vibe! Hair and makeup area, along with a working Kitchen / prep area. This space also comes with fully insulated walls, ring light, steamer, clothing rack and sonos speaker system. There's a large lounge area complete with seating, Free wifi, bathroom and change room area.. Plenty of free parking! ** We are now accepting events!!** Reach out and find about hosting options. This space was absolutely perfect! The lighting was great, and I loved how many different looks could be done with the various setups. It was sparkling clean when I arrived, entry was super easy and straightforward. They even had QR code’s you could scan which made it so much faster to connect your wifi and play music! Zachary was great to work with and communication was prompt. I recommend this space to everyone!!

This was an amazing place to shoot. Even on a overcast day we had a lot of light to work with. Lots of things to work with. Will be booking this spot again very soon. Remember to bring extra hands no elevator but not that bad a climb stairs well wide.
