Vintage Loft, 5 Set Studio For Production

We came here to film a music video. Was some really nice props, colours and lighting setup ready for you to use. There was also a freight elevator which made bringing our gear to the studio very easy. Only heads up if your are in a band filming a video noise may be an issue. We received noise complaints during our first take after about 10 minutes of starting - we weren't aware of noise restrictions but we were made aware by the tenant via an alarm and phone call. This location is mainly setup for photos it seems so space between sets may be limited based on the beams / different sets but it worked great for what we needed. Aside from that if not using drums its a great space, lots of parking and professional set - definitely recommend.

This space offered tons of different options, with a designated kitchen and makeup area as well as an array of props, lighting, and other equipment that came in really handy. The building is quiet, and with the large windows, the natural light is great. Lovely space.
