I have used this space twice now and I will always use it when the shoot calls for it! Basically set-wise, you have 4-5 different sets, depnding on how you use it. You got the white backdrop, the dressing room, the bathroom, the lounge (couch and fridge) area, and might I say, the hallway :D both times we've been here, the place is always spotless and organized that we got to just worry about the timing and shots that we need to get done.
Equipment-wise, we got to borrow his lighting (it's set up every/anywhere you need it to be), clips, tapes, vanity for hair and makeup, hangers and a mini wardrobe, the sprays (to clean the whiteboard), vacuum (to clean up after yourself!!!).
Daniel himself is a pretty awesome and funny guy. I would recommend booking with him when your shoot calls for it! Thank you always Daniel and we appreciate you! :D
