Great, versatile house that worked well for a dramatic sequence for our indie thriller. Tray was a very helpful, responsive host and the neighborhood was welcoming and easy to work in. I can definitely recommend this property for all kinds of shoots -- from a cooking show that needs a great kitchen to a comedy that needs a bright welcoming interior to just about anything you can come up with.

Great experience really worth the drive to this place to be able see all my friends and be able to do surprise for my fiance, airbnb was very clean and had a huge kitchen and living room space.

Our production company, UCDA Visions, booked a 12 hour shoot in February. We filmed cooking segments. The kitchen was immaculate. Great lighting ! The house was absolutely beautiful. There were hard wood floors and open floor plan making it very easy to move equipment around. We used the front entrance, stairwell, living room, and pool area in addition to the kitchen.
Another key feature was the ample parking because the house is on a corner lot. There parking accommodated our cars and 2 production vans.
