Everything went well and Kevin and Cici were able to accommodate all of our production's needs. Everything on location was as described in the listing and in the images. Kevin and Cici were both more than willing to help us out with everything we needed on set and were available and accessible during our entire production to answer any questions we had.
You get what you pay for! Scout the place (classroom set was different than pictured) and meet Kevin before you go. It's really nice that locations like this are available and that Kevin (and CC who I didn't meet) have put in the time and effort to help out indie filmmakers by offering these sets.
Ci Ci was an amazing host and both Kevin and Ci Ci were extremely accommodating. Our production went very smooth and Ci Ci was very supportive during our entire production. It felt very much like a family environment where they were just as invested in making sure we had a successful shoot as we were. I recommend this location if your looking for a great place with superb flexibility and support during your shoot.
