Mark Kiefer is an award-winning writer and filmmaker based in Boston. His short films have screened at the Palm Springs International Comedy Festival, Woods Hole Film Festival, Nantucket Film Festival, Martha’s Vineyard Film Festival, New York City Independent Film Festival, Lone Star Film Festival, Memphis Comedy Festival, Houston Comedy Film Festival, Baltimore Comedy Festival, Atlanta Comedy Film Festival, and the Austin Short Comedy Film Festival, among others. He was a producer of the indie sitcom pilot M.V. Blues (mvblues.com), a buddy comedy set and shot on Martha’s Vineyard in 2011. He is currently producing his first feature-length film, Pacific Coast, about two brothers making a road trip down the Pacific Coast Highway from San Francisco to LA. He is a graduate of Wesleyan University in Connecticut.
