We had a beautiful shoot at this very special property that is completely private and tranquil. The pool was spacious and the view truly breath-taking! It is a warm and welcoming space decorated with love and attention and with everything needed for a production at hand. Great styling room with racks and steamer and a dedicated make up room with directors chairs and glam mirror. 5 stars for the view and all day sun!
Would highly recommend. Funky bathroom!

How to Handle Overtime and Damages
If your renter goes overtime or has more people on location than originally booked, please follow these guidelines to ensure reimbursement.
In case the renter is going overtime with their booking or there are more guests on location than booked:
Inform the renter that they are going beyond what was originally booked and let them know the additional amount due.
Send the renter a custom rate for the additional amount from the Giggster booking chat. The renter will have to accept the custom rate and pay for the extra time/people on set before the end of the booking to continue their production/event at the location.
Final Walkthrough After the Booking
At the end of the booking make sure to complete a final walkthrough with the renter. If there any damages to the location caused by the renter:
Fill out a site rep/walkthrough report with the breakdown of the additional charges and the amount due, and ask your renter to sign the report. Having a chat message exchange with the renter confirming and authorizing the charge for the damages is a big plus as well.
File a claim in the Giggster claim portal and send the walkthrough report and any relevant evidence at contact@giggster.com to facilitate the resolution of your claim.
Please note that payouts for overages are processed separately from payouts for the bookings.
