Laii either did not read the rules to the space, or didn't care. The place was left incredibly dirty - they had burned incense and not cleaned up the ashes, garbage was left in the space, the AC was not left on (which is included in writing to them, and they were reminded in person when they arrived).
I imagine they didn't leave enough time to complete their shoot and clean up, as clothing was also left in the bathroom.
