Kate's home was perfect for our shoot and Kate herself was beyond perfect to work with.
Our needs were pretty minimal for our small shoot, but permitting in the area was not problematic, you will need to find crew parking in near by lot (we scored CSUN while they were out for spring break)
Very quiet street, ample parking for your scouts and work trucks, Moho...
Kate was very responsive, her energy from the first meeting was very pleasant and that never changed through out our prep week of payment, insurance, and any location logistics.
Kate and her family were very easy going, accommodating, helpful with any questions or needs I came to her with.
I couldn't say 1 bad situation we came across dealing with their home.
I will note, there are a few outdoor animals you may hear occasionally, We were rolling sound most the day and had no big issue of animal sounds, but we were shooting inside the house the whole day.
