This house was amazing for our photoshoot and Vanessa was extremely helpful from start to finish. She was very communicative leading up to the shoot and on the day was an incredible host. The house is very unique and the views at night looked amazing. Highly recommend booking this location!

Absolutely stunning location in the hills above Studio City. Multiple "looks" within the same location - the place is great for those lifestyle-focused shoots that require an indoor/outdoor feel. Vanessa, the host, is awesome. She's friendly and helpful.

Vanessa was an incredible host who communicated well and was always easy to reach. The property was absolutely beautiful and had plenty of space for our crew to work in, with tons of natural light and an absolutely gorgeous view from the hill. There was a lot right down the hill on Ventura that was easy to permit for crew parking, and we were able to easily shuttle crew up and down the hill. Everything about our experience was overwhelmingly positive and I would always be happy to recommend this location to anyone looking to shoot.

Contemporary Mansion up the Hills

Not only is this a unique find in LA but our host was super attentive and hospitable to all our needs in pre production as well as during the day of the shoot. The living room gets amazing sunlight in the mornings, and there is a lot of space around the house for additional setups. We had a backdrop in front of the garage which gets lots of sunlight during the afternoon as well. The backyard is a true gem with panoramic views and consistent afternoon light until sunset. I would recommend this place for anyone interested in shooting natural light, and also because the hosts are a lovely couple who are very accommodating.
