Beyond happy with this booking. The location was very private making parking, load-in and load-out incredibly seamless. The home itself was very large allowing production to accomplish what we needed while maintaining a safe distance from one another. Serj, the host was super accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. He was out of sight yet available to aid us with anything and everything. This location was beautiful and perfect for our needs, the host was kind, respectful and accommodating and all in all I would highly recommend this location. 11/10
We booked this home for a one day shoot. Serj, the homeowner, went out of his way to accommodate our every request. (Nothing overly unreasonable, but we DID have to move all his furniture around since we were filming a modern-furniture commercial). Will definitely work with him again, and recommend booking this property if you're looking. :-)
