Serj's home was absolutely stunning and was an incredible place to film. Plenty of space to set up shots, plenty of space for cast + crew, and above all else, a beautiful location for our shoot. On top of that, Serj is an AMAZING host who helped us with every question we had throughout the day. We can't wait to shoot at his place again!

Serj was an outstanding host. Extremely accommodating and helped out in any way he could. He trusted us to rearrange furniture for the shoot and let us use things from other parts of the house.
He went out of his way to make sure we would have working internet while we were there (which was vital for the shoot).
Serj truly made magic happen for us on this shoot! He is incredibly accommodating and is one of the best Site Representatives I have worked with. His home is beautiful and has so much space to hold film teams. The spacious backyard is great to shoot or to stage your teams. Ample parking in the area is great if you need to park trailers or restrooms. The living room is wide and very film friendly - as are other areas of the house. We strongly recommend - Serj will work with you and wants to make your project shine!
Serj was possibly the most accommodating and friendly host I've ever had at a location. He was an absolute joy to work with and he brightened up our set just with his presence. I highly recommend his home. It is spacious with a lot of depth, has tall ceilings, and there are a variety of wonderful spots to shoot. There is ample parking and the place is quiet and private. Excellent location, 5 stars.
