Serj was AMAZING. We had to do a last minute booking when our original location fell through and he could not have been more helpful and kind. The house itself was gorgeous and clean, we managed to get everything we needed done quickly and efficiently. We would definitely recommend using this space, you won't regret it!
Serj was extremely communicative, accommodating, and patient throughout the entire process of our shoot! He was helpful during the planning as well as the actual shoot date, and definitely made our experience 10x better. Everything ran smoothly and the pictures are an accurate representation of what the beautiful house looks like. I would highly recommend this location for your next shoot!
I highly recommend this location! It was a great shoot and it would not have been such a success if it were not for Serj. Serj was such a great host! So accommodating and easy to work with! The photos are an accurate representation of the actual space, very clean and open. The parking was the perfect size for what we needed as well. The back yard had a perfect area for catering (very COVID-friendly). I will absolutely film here again in the future.
Serj was a very helpful and communicative host. His home is very large and beautiful, perfect for any size video production. I highly recommend booking this space!
Firstly, Serj was a great communicator. We spoke a few times before our shoot date, and he was so helpful and patient as we tried to prepare everything for our project. He's kind and easy to talk to and the day of the shoot, he was around to help with anything we had.
The home was great! Very bright, lots of rooms to film the scenes we needed. The backyard was great, but we do wish the pool had been cleaned prior and also the ground blowed out in preparation, so that took some time from our schedule to prepare, but Serj was able to get that rolling as soon as we requested it.
Overall, would definitely book again!
