Serj is an awesome host and they have a beautiful home with lots of different looks. I hate to say too much more because next time we need it he'll be booked!
Serj is an incredible host! We were filming a music video and he allowed our team to come out for both a directors scout, and tech scout before our shoot. Booking through Giggster was a smooth process, and the day of the shoot went very well. Serj provided WiFi for the production team and checked in on us throughout the day to make sure we had everything we needed. Serj allowed us to use both restrooms available at the house (this was a special request) so we had no issues there. Parking here was pretty easy as there was plenty of street parking available for our fairly large crew as well as all of our talent. There's also a metro station parking lot just ten minutes down the road that we had on standby in case street parking didn't work out. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and filming both inside the house as well as in the back yard felt very private. Permitting for this location was very easy as well. I would highly recommend booking at this home for your next shoot!
This location was great for our photoshoot! The location is beautiful and there is tons of natural light throughout the space. The host is very friendly, accommodating, and just a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this location!
Serj was AMAZING. We had to do a last minute booking when our original location fell through and he could not have been more helpful and kind. The house itself was gorgeous and clean, we managed to get everything we needed done quickly and efficiently. We would definitely recommend using this space, you won't regret it!
