Modern Mid Century Bright, OPEN, Hi Ceiling Beautiful space! Great communication. Anything I needed, I was able to discuss with Serj and Nilik. Plenty of parking with extended driveway. Looking forward to working with them again.

Modern Mid Century Bright, OPEN, Hi Ceiling This was an incredible location. We used this for a music video and it was so perfect. Serji was a great host and allowed us to modify our times accordingly. His house was amazing! We had some many great looks that we walked with in edit!

Modern Mid Century Bright, OPEN, Hi Ceiling Serj was a wondeful host with beautiful space. There are a number of different looks in the backyard, and the inside has a great space as well.
