BEST Panoramic Views at Luxury Modern Mansion It was such a pleasure working with Yuilya & Tim, throughout the booking process. They were very kind, respectful and communicative during our initial conversations and were very accommodating throughout the production process, from coordinating the scout to our production day. Especially as our turnaround time from booking to our production day was only a couple of days, I appreciated their attentiveness and flexibility throughout the booking process.
Yuilya & Tim were also easy to contact on our production day and happily answered any questions I or my production crew had. And this was greatly appreciated!
The home itself was phenomenal and the pictures reflect that! We couldn’t have picked a better location for our production. This was easily one of the smoothest booking processes I have done and I look forward to working with Yuilya and Tim again in the future!

First and foremost Yuliya and Tim were the kindness host, not only were they responsive to messages but so very accommodating to our production needs. It was an absolute pleasure working with them from the scout to the set day all the way through to load out.
I really can't say enough but I need to write about the house now which was a masterpiece of modern elegance with volumes of space. Although our production size was small, about 25 people it felt like no one ever ran into each other. All of the furnishing were well appointed, spotless clean and each room accommodated our needs fully.
I encourage you to view the space, there are many options there!

BEST Panoramic Views at Luxury Modern Mansion We had a photoshoot at this location and it was great, perfect for what we needed with many different locations inside and outside the house to choose from. The hosts were very accommodating as well.
