Andrea and Chris were very accommodating, welcoming and overall great people to work with! I highly recommend this space as it has everything you need! The space was left VERY clean for us and we had a blast working there!

The place was great. We came in with a limited budget and crew of 4 (plus cast). We needed a place that required no set dec or props or really anything. For lifestyle type footage this space worked out perfectly for what we needed. Great sight-lines, pretty easy to light. You can see the piece we did here.

A beautiful space for a corporate event or meeting. Lots of seating, lighting, and elegant modern decor. We received LOTS of compliments on the space, and with lots of street parking in the area, this central location was really convenient. Thank you, Andrea, for being such a great host for our event!

Andrea was an amazing host. Communication was super prompt, and she was available throughout the day as necessary. The place was spectacular (even better than the pictures believe it or not) and the perfect location for our lifestyle photoshoot. I highly recommend it !!
