Modern Industrial Venue in Philadelphia Wow, what a fantastic space! After my initial inquiry, I was able to go in for a tour with Jen and Arantxa really helped relay their event based concept. I loved that this was a very DIY style space in the sense that I could decorate and set up the space how I wanted. My wife and I had our baby shower here which we wanted to make big and memorable as this is our first child. Location 215 helped guide us with vendors as they have a great list. The day of our baby shower was fantastic and the majority of our guest were able to park in their parking lot. They also had a great baby shower special package which helped with our budget. Being a first time dad everything is always stressful, they made my event go very smooth, I had a little over 100 people for my wife’s baby shower and they helped me get caterers and made the process go great with our planner. I will say this space is higher end than a banquet hall so they were strict with something’s but by the end their rules all made sense!
