David’s location was ideal for our film shoot. We utilized the living room, kitchen, and garage, while the bedrooms served as green rooms for the talent. Despite the cold weather outside, the entire cast and crew worked seamlessly, and the space exuded a cozy charm that perfectly captured the essence of a classic Brooklyn home.
Street parking was available, though be mindful of street sweeping regulations on certain days. As with most Brooklyn townhouses, the electrical capacity is limited, so be sure to bring a generator if you plan to use a lot of lights.
The true standout, however, was David himself. Calling him a pleasure to work with would be an understatement. He was incredibly accommodating, assisting at every step and truly becoming an honorary member of the crew. His dedication and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression on everyone. When we wrapped, the cast and crew were genuinely sad to leave. This location—and David—come with the highest recommendation.
