Nicole was truly a pleasure and her house was perfect for what we were looking for. She communicated well, made accommodations for the shoot, and was kind to my cast and crew.
The house has a garage which is already set up for a perfect green room; TV, fridge, equipment storage, and plenty of sitting space. The neighborhood is quiet and parking is accessible and there is filming access in each room.
