Great house for filming! Nicole is very communicative, production-friendly, and solution-oriented. House has great holding area in the garage, and parking is easy in the neighborhood. This place has tons of character and looks great on camera. Thanks Nicole for a positive experience. Will come back again in the future!

Nicole was truly a pleasure and her house was perfect for what we were looking for. She communicated well, made accommodations for the shoot, and was kind to my cast and crew.
The house has a garage which is already set up for a perfect green room; TV, fridge, equipment storage, and plenty of sitting space. The neighborhood is quiet and parking is accessible and there is filming access in each room.
