Gorgeous venue! The exposed brick and natural light is amazing – it's exactly how it looks in the photos. Came stocked with decent furniture, a powerful AC unit, and some other furniture. Very flexible space, clean and well cared for. Generally pretty quiet part of DTLA, but beware that there are performance arts offices on that floor so sound recording may be difficult. Beware that it's an old building and it's on the top floor, so it can get toasty in there. But the air conditioner is nice and strong, and the windows open so you get a nice breeze in there.

This beautiful downtown loft has become my go-to studio for client work and private group sessions (breathwork, yoga, meditation). The studio is well lit with plenty of space to accommodate small groups and production staff. The host is super responsive to any hiccups that arise if any. I will be booking this space almost exclusively for upcoming sessions. I love that if I decide to, I can use this space for photoshoots as well, so that's definitely a plus. I love that it's multi-use! The loft does get a little toasty in the summer, so if you need more air ventilation, I'd recommend bringing an extra fan to accompany the AC. It's a big space so having another source could be helpful.
