David's place is a fantastic vintage warehouse! It was perfect for our Music Video project, convenient parking, and a lot of space to work with. It has a very cool gritty look. Beyond that the logistics are terrific. Three bathrooms, kitchen space, and large staging areas.

Michael was a great host and was very trusting of our production. As long as you as the filmmaker show respect for Michael and his space he will go the extra mile to help with your production and also help with the completion of it if you are falling behind. He gave us the benefit of overtime which allowed us to complete our shoot for the day and was always up for giving any extra help when he could. I appreciated his kindness deeply and it allowed our production to run smoothly.
His space is absolutely beautiful! I absolutely recommend this space for any productions who want to shoot in a large home that has a beautiful setting near hills and an expanse of nature.
