The location is great. It's absolutely beautiful. The price is pretty good considering what we had and how much space was available. We shot in the back room. We were able to work separately from the running restaurant with no noise issues. Load in was not bad. There was a loading dock in the back we were able to get in and out from without parking on the street. The only down side is that street parking is not a thing there unless you are shooting on Sunday. We shot on a Saturday and parked in a lot behind the loading dock. We definitely were not supposed to be doing that, but it wasn't an issue. If you book here and you have a big crew you're going to have to find a lot. I didn't find a close one. Overtime fees were a little gougy, but considering the rate for the amount of space we had I didn't make too much of a fuss.
Location looked amazing and was very accomodating to our shoot. Ray the location manager was great to work with again. Would recommend to other production teams.
