California Ranch Modern Farmhouse This beautiful home was the perfect spot for our furniture photoshoot. The owner/site rep were extremely communicative and met all of our needs. The home is gorgeous, the setting is beautiful. there was a lot of space to move the furniture in and out. The only set back is that there no parking on the premises for a large truck so you have to pay an extra fee to park the truck at an offsite location and shuttle people. Permits, parking fees and other fees do make this location a little more expensive than you think (as it all starts to add up), but it really is worth it and a gorgeous spot for photos (or filming needs).

California Ranch Modern Farmhouse What a beautiful and peaceful place. Shooting at Keith’s location was like going on holiday. The serene grounds and being in nature was relaxing and made the shoot stress-free. Keith was an accommodating host. We were an hour late getting started due to our DP getting stuck in a mudslide event on PCH, which caused us to run over our agreed to time. Keith couldn’t have been more gracious about it. I definitely recommend this location.
