I am a gym owner in West LA. We have actually have 2 locations. We've been open for 8 years and have hosted/rented to a variety of people. Everything from productions for photo shoots or film, private parties, shows, charity events, seminars and courses, & much more. Our space is very unique which has the very raw and authentic feel of a boxing gym, but is kept clean, tidy & functional. We're open to just about any possibilities and uses & time frame.
