This is literally a picture-perfect spot for a photoshoot. The natural light coming from the main window casts an amazing shadow on the concrete floor in the morning, and the shadow moves over to the wall in the mid-late afternoon - the longer you stay here, the more variety of shots you can get. You can even block the light with full length blackout shades and the space transforms in the dark. I am blown away by the content I was able to get in this space.
There is a private bathroom, garment rack, and small kitchen, so my guests that I hosted, and models I shot, as well as myself were very comfortable.
One small disclaimer - some of the furniture pictured in the listing and on the website are from exhibits from past events - during my time in the space, the coffee table, couch, carpet, ladder, trunk and a few crates with some accessories, as well as a couple of tables were in the space, along with Desh's beautiful artwork on the walls.
Absolutely will come back here for sure.

Desh is a great host! Accommodating, very prompt response time, and the space was true to not only the description but also to the vision of the event I wished to hold here. It is creative and cozy. Received tons of compliments on choice of location for our event. Would absolutely book again and recommend to others.
