Unique Retro + Vintage + Western + House An awesome spot that can look like any place from most time periods in the last few hundred years. A fascinating find in the middle of a metropolis on the coast that can transport you to any time period you need. I shot a Western-themed music video there, and all the footage is absurdly good. The host is the easiest to work with I've found while checking out locations, and I hope to come back again soon!

We LOVED working with the owners. Very attentive, kind, warm-hearted, responsive, and friendly. I am a filmmaking student from NYFA and we had a 9 hours shooting for one of our short production workshops/short film. And, it was so appreciative that Tess was being very responsive to messages and supportive of our production plans. Huge thanks to Dan, too, for helping us so much on logistic sides of our renting experience. They are just AMAZING hosts. I would highly recommend this place to other filmmakers who want to produce short films, commercials, and all types of digital contents that need well-decorated, cozy home.
