Beautiful home that has been lovingly remodeled to keep it's history while updating it for modern sensibilities. It's definitely a smaller home but it's so well laid out it doesn't feel like it. The backyard was great for staging gear and crafty. There is a bathroom in the garage out back which was nice not to have traffic in the house but if you have a large crew you may want to rent bathrooms as they certainly are older pipes. Overall the owners were friendly and helpful and the home was beautiful and looked great on camera. Fair warning though, the film permit is expensive (approx. $1500). Loved this location though and enjoyed being at this house.
