This home and filming location was just what we needed. We had other options in mind but we saw this location and didn't hesitate to book it. The film is based on a family during the 1960's and 1970's so we needed a home with the look and feel of that era. Once we arrived to this home there was no doubt that this home would serve our purpose. Since this film centers around my childhood and the things I went through to become a world natural bodybuilding champion I couldn't compromise with the needed ambiance of the home. Many of the scenes in this home brought back many memories of the home I grew up in, especially the living room. It reminded me of the time I said I would own one of the longest running fitness studios in America and today I do. Any crew that is looking for the ideal home with plenty of rooms for photography or film this is a location to check out. I was happy to have the kitchen and backyard available for craft services. David the house manager was great to work with and I found him to be very understanding and helpful and I look forward to using this location again and again.

We originally booked a filming date for Saturday, March 9th, 2024. We ran over time and needed to complete more filming so we booked Saturday, March 10, 2024 , and completed all of our scenes. Once again, David the house manager was very understanding and accommodating. He made sure that our filming days went as smoothly as possible.
