I didn't meet Carlos but his associate was nice to work with. However, they needed to have much better followup on paperwork details. And, during these Covid times especially, they need to be more vigilant on mandatory measures. They took very good care of the facility, they followed all house rules, they asked questions when they needed to without pestering, and I would be happy to work with them again.
