He was given very specific instructions about no loitering in the hallways or in front of the building, not only did he not adhere to that but he also left with the keys and left large equipment in the space blocking the hallways and never came back to pick it up. He also ignored us when we tried to reach out about these issues. Cops were called and we eventually had to end the booking early because of the crowds of people in the hallways and in front.
