The Victorian on Bel Aire We held an event recently my sisters quinceañera and the house was absolutely beautiful everyone loved it! Denis and his wife were so helpful and attentive and worked a lot with me to help my accommodations out, we had a photo booth, tacos, DJ, ballon arc and a candy table it all came out to be such a great event. The tables delivered a day prior and Denis was nice enough to receive them and even helped me with a table when I needed an extra one which I appreciated very much. The area is a very quiet one and reserved neighborhood so towards 11pm the noise was shut down but we were fine with it we understood but just so anyone that books keeps that in mind other than that great choice for us. Many people that joined us will book in the future since they loved the scenery of the house so much especially at night they have a New Orleans type of feel of the house. Thank you once again Denis definitely will rebook for future events!

The Victorian on Bel Aire Beautiful house and yard! We were starting to feel doubtful of we were able to find a decent place to get married. We’re very fortunate to come across this house and we were even more blessed to meet such nice and understanding people (couple) to help us out and be supportive in our planning and gave us a genuine attitude of care for us. Great communication and response time. We couldn’t even tell they were on the property, even though we wouldn’t of minded if they joined us! Thank you so much!

The Victorian on Bel Aire This is truly a spectacular location with unique features which make made our entire shoot quite charming. David was very accommodating to our production restraints and our crew. Thank you again!! Highly recommended.

The Victorian on Bel Aire Denis was absolutely amazing. Not only does this house have an amazing look but Denis was super accommodating and responsive, pretty much let us have the respectful run of the place, and was totally understanding when we needed extra time. Neighborhood is super quiet and friendly and easy parking, load in/out, etc. Highly recommend!
