We had wonderful experience filming here. Everything was as described and the whole process was very smooth. I would definitely say it was a dream location from the place itself to the whole process of filming and packing up. The neighborhood was also great. We didn't have any issued with neighbors at all and I was even given a "red dot" (every production person's dream) from the neighbor who lived in the house that our vehicle was parked in front of. Would recommend in a heartbeat!
