Nikki's house was so beautiful! Such amazing home pieces to utilize in our shoot as well. Nikki was extremely great communicating before and being of help on day of rental. Definitely will be coming back to this beautiful space!

Not only is this space GORGEOUS, but also Nikki and Jon are the BEST hosts! The house has incredible natural light and a great space for filming (especially in the kitchen). Location is great, parking is easy. Jon even made our crew almond milk lattes in the afternoon. We were truly spoiled. Thanks again, Nikki and Jon!

Of all the homes we've ever shot at in Los Angeles, Nikki's was one of the best in EVERY aspect we could have hoped for. Beautiful space, tons of backyard square footage for craft and talent, and most of all, a wonderful and accommodating pair of hosts who helped out with everything we needed (and even made us delicious oat milk latte's in the afternoon!) We will certainly be back.
