Booked this spot as an additional holding space while shooting across the street (Modern Spanish on Double Cul de Sac) -- they're owned by two brothers who couldn't have been more accommodating and hospitable~
The garage has a swamp cooler that's extremely effective, the living and dining room were perfect for catering for about 20-30 and the backyard has a separate gym space with AC that worked perfectly as our HMU staging.
100% would recommend!
