Portrait and product photographer in Toronto. I decided to make a space for others to meet, create, and collaborate!
I work frequently with film and television, and also support theatre/film productions that need space for rehearsal and table reads.

Great communication with host leading up to rental. Instructions were detailed. Access was easy. Stunning natural light pours in and fills the whole room perfectly. I will definitely look to rent this space again.

The space worked well for a photoshoot. Lindsay wasn't very helpful in communicating and seemed annoyed when I called with a few questions about how to get into the space.

Lindsay's space was stunning. Exactly like the photos, with tons of resources available for photographers. She was absolutely lovely, and was great with communication. I can't wait to use this space again!

Lindsay was great to communicate with. Was quick to respond to questions and requests.
Arriving and getting into the studio was no problem.
The space worked out really well for my shoot and we had enough space for everyone to work. Even though we didnt use any of the props and furniture for the shoot it was nice to have as options and as well as extra seating for my team.
I would say there were a few concerns regarding the equipment; I didn't expect the backdrop stands to be as low quality. They worked for what i needed, but they are a bit worn in. This goes for the steamer as well. I was expecting a full stand steamer, but that should of been something I asked in the request. The handheld did work, but limited our productivity for steaming. Next time I would bring my larger stand steamer.
I also on a whim brought an extra rug to keep at the door for everyone to put their shoes because I didn't know if there would be one. and sure enough there was just a small one for maybe two to three pairs of shoes. For any guests for the rest of winter I would recommend bringing a small rug if you're going to have more than like 4 people in studio.
Again, the space was great otherwise.
