BEWARE!! Booked for a photoshoot for my brand. The main door happened to be open when we arrived. We brought all the clothing up to the top floor where the loft is located. The door has a padlock so I tried the code that was provided on the listing which did not work. I tried calling but no answer, I then went back to the main outside door and buzzed and no answer. I then messaged on here and the host advised he was running late from a meeting with no ETA given. I had booked for 10am-3pm and was on time. The host was 2 hours late and then asked me and everyone else to wait downstairs as he still needed to tidy up before we could go in. At this point everyone was downstairs except 2 models
Watching our belongings, so I said they were not going to bring everything back down the flights of stairs or leave our things unattended.
I had models, makeup artists and photographers just sitting around waiting for 2 hours. All of a sudden I get a call from a model by the loft door that a man had come outside of the loft and he had stated he was in the loft the whole time. The loft is extremely small so there is no way he did not hear us trying to get into the loft. I came back upstairs and he stated he was not Courtney he was his friend Chris. Which I believe is a lie as a photographer with us seen the man and stated that he was Courtney. I then asked
the man why he was lying and saying he was was not Courtney, and he stood by the story that he was the friend Chris. Yet throughout this time Courtney also was still nowhere to be found although he said
He was on his way and would be there for 11:30am. So basically I believe he was sitting in there the whole time doing who knows what but wanted to pretend he was just coming back, but the plan didn’t work since there were people outside the door.
We ended up using the space as it so hard to organize a shoot on everyone’s different schedules and I didn’t want to waste anymore of anyone’s time by rescheduling. I have a model that came all the way from London On to shoot! And some models and a photographer had to leave before the end because they had other places to get. I’ve done many other shoots and never dealt with so much unprofessionalism.
