Light & bright contemporary midcentury ranch home Fantastic host and gorgeous space! Ample parking and proactive host. Would definitely recommend for other productions.
If recording sound (especially dialogue) is important for your production, I would recommend getting as much clarity on scheduled contractors (gardeners, pool, etc.) as possible.
