Peter was a welcoming, accommodating host. He provided helpful information to us that was needed in order to figure out cast & crew parking in this historic neighborhood of Los Angeles, and gave us everything that we needed to be set up for success during our production. Our photo shoot took place on the grounds -- exteriors only, in the back yard and front yard -- and this beautiful location gave us exactly the images we were looking for.
There is space for a Sprinter Van and a few cast / crew vehicles in the driveway. The neighborhood required a FilmLA monitor to be present during production; this monitor was helpful in directing cast / crew to the right place and making sure that our production remained as low-impact as possible.
