I recently had the pleasure of having my apartment used as a filming location for an independent movie production. The producer, Jay, and the entire crew were extremely professional and respectful during the whole process.
They took great care to protect my belongings and furniture from any accidental damage. Jay walked through each room ahead of time and took note of any valuables or items I wanted to be especially cautious around. The crew covered furniture and applied floor protection where needed.
Throughout the shoot, Jay checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable with how things were going. He was very considerate about limiting noise and disruption during times that were inconvenient for me.
I was impressed with Jay's organization and preparation. He had scouted my apartment previously and had a clear vision for each scene. This enabled them to get all the shots they needed efficiently within the scheduled time.
The experience of having my apartment used for filming was exciting. It was fun to see my home transformed for the scenes and observe the filming process firsthand. The crew was passionate about their work and enjoyable to interact with.
I would gladly welcome Jay and his production team back to film here again in the future. My apartment made for an ideal, flexible filming location, and I appreciated their professionalism and care for my home.
