Wonderful space for filming. We shot a restaurant scene, a university office scene, a bar scene, a pool game scene, and more here. The hosts Maria and Peter are friendly and helpful. There are a variety of sets here. The pictures don't quite convey what this space offers. I would recommend visiting the location. It has a lot of corners that could play as all sorts of different things. The outside street appears bad at first because there are a lot of homeless people, but the area is perfectly safe and no one on the crew had any problems with cars and gear. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful location, relaxed, friendly owner (thank you Peter!). Very flexible in terms of how you can use the space as long as you put everything back; helpful, great communicators. Thank you so much for everything! Would 100% be back.
