I’m Crystal, the owner of Lost and Found Healing Studio. I am a clinical hypnotist, reiki practitioner and certified breathwork practitioner who believes that rest, joy and pleasure are our birthright!
I opened the Lost and Found Healing Studio so that myself and other practitioners could have a place to share their healing gifts and skills with the community in a safe and cozy environment.
