The homeowner, was great to work with! He was very accommodating and pleasant, as was his tenant. The property is spacious and easy to access. All our shooting was exterior but we did set up hair & makeup in a room in the house which was very spacious and even had a sink. I would highly recommend this location and will keep it in mind for future projects.
