By far my favorite location to film at. The lighting is beautiful in the day time and even at night the simplicity allows you to get creative with your own lighting the furnishings are beautiful and the host Juan is amazing
Juan was very easy to work with and had great communication and response time. We were recording audio and the building was quiet enough for us to do so. We rented some last minute sandbags and chairs without issue.
Juan was receptive and available for all our questions. Communication was excellent. The space was clean and ready for our use. Our guests loved the beautiful brick interior. Restrooms were clean, and there was plenty of space. Great event space and host!
I cannot rate this space highly enough.
Juan has been absolutely amazing and so accommodating - helping us deal with our last minute additional equipment needs to be immediately responsive the day of to help us/add items as requested.
The lighting in this loft is beautiful so if you are looking for a "downtown city scape" this is a great option.
I will book with him again in a heartbeat.
The following comment is no reflection on Juan G or the Loft. The only special consideration is cast and crew parking. The parking lot right next door to the Loft is a not reliable (there's no way to confirm you've paid) and closed early. Be prepared to shuttle cast and crew if you don't want them walking a few blocks.
