The house has some of the best views I've seen in LA. Jacob is a very accommodating host. Load-in can be a bit of a challenge, as it would be anywhere in the hills. We rented a U-haul van to bring our gear off our truck. Parking is surprisingly plentiful if you're willing to walk a bit. Be aware, though, that the house at the time of this writing is being renovated.
