Bottles on the shelves are included. Beer, wine, and martini glasses can be rented for a fee. The bar itself is movable if you need to add some depth to your scene.
There are no restrooms onsite.
No alcohol
No smoking on the property, inside or out
No trespassing outside the designated rental area
Rental is interior use of the bar only, no exterior use of the property
No disruption of neighbors, inadvertent or intentional
No moving furniture, tampering with, or rearranging the space of any kind
Only the bar is to be moved if needed and should only be moved if two or more capable individuals are performing the movement together.
No more than 5 individuals on the property at a time
