In 2018, having had a personal taste of filming in my home as a co-host of "Sundays with Nana" https://www.facebook.com/smoshIanH/videos/1617548415043929/?v=1617548415043929, I decided it would be a great idea to offer my residence to other film production companies.
I have lived a few blocks from the beach for 20 years. I'm currently retired, having previously worked as a director of Student Affairs for the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. The joys in my life are my 2 adult children, their spouses and 5 grandchildren.

Airy and Arty Beach Townhouse Great space! Owner is very accommodating and available for questions and scouts. Bedrooms are flexible to move things around. Enjoyed using this space and will definitely recommend to others.

Airy and Arty Beach Townhouse Beautiful space and it was wonderful meeting the host, Charlotte. She was very accommodating. My guests and I felt welcome in her space. I hosted a small dinner party outside and it was a perfect summer evening. Clean, well-kept space with a lot of charm. It made the event that more special. Highly recommend.
